It is important to note that we prepare foods in our kitchens with these wholesome ingredients. While we make every effort and use best practices to avoid cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that there won’t be any cross contamination with your meals delivered by Caros Kitchen. Food allergy reactions can range from mild to severe. We urge you to use caution when ordering from Caros Kitchen. If you have a food allergy, please let us know at the time of your first order.Furthermore, if your allergy moderate to severe we cannot recommend Caros Kitchen for you. Weather Policy

At Caros Kitchen we take our mission of preparing and delivering fresh food very seriously. While we do our utmost to prevent any disturbances to our delivery cycles, there are times it is unavoidable. When extreme weather conditions such as a hurricane occurs there exists the possibility that deliveries may be delayed or cancelled to ensure the safety of our drivers. Pricing & Billing

Pricing Policy We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information. If a mistake occurs, we reserve the right to correct it, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. All prices listed on this site are in U.S. dollars. Credit Card Security Caros Kitchen is committed to protecting any information you give us during a credit card transaction. Caros Kitchen uses a third party vendor to process all credit card payments. Caros Kitchen does not have access to your credit card information. To extent that Caros Kitchen may, in the future, have access to your credit card information, we will treat it as personal information covered by our Privacy Policy. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we will not share the information. In accordance with industry custom, we enforce commercially reasonable security measures to protect against the loss or misuse of any personal information that we have collected from you. PLEASE NOTE THAT NORMAL E-MAIL (SUCH AS USING “CONTACT US” OR YOUR HOME E-MAIL) IS NOT ENCRYPTED AND THUS IS NOT A SECURE MEANS FOR TRANSMITTING CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU WISH TO KEEP PRIVATE AND SECURE. Payment Caros Kitchen currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for all orders. Payment for Products ordered will be processed at the time of placing such order. You agree to pay promptly all charges to your account (which includes items purchased and applicable taxes) for any order placed by you or anyone who you allow to use your customer identification number or password, including members of your family, friends or any other person. For your order to be accepted, your method of payment shall be validated and must have enough available funds required for the transaction. Upon approval, the order will be accepted for shipping and delivery. Caros Kitchen reserves the right to establish a spending limit for your account. Your right to order Products is also subject to limits established by your payment card issuer. When you sign up you will determine on which billing cycle you would like to be charged. We have a (1) Weekly, (2) Bi-Weekly and (3) Monthly Option available (20-day cycle). We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept cash or checks.Payments must be received before your first delivery. To notify us that you do not wish to AUTO-RENEW for a subsequent billing cycle, we require notice in writing at least 3 business days prior to your current order cycle ending. If you wish terminate the auto-renew option, please write NO AUTO-RENEW in the subject line of your email and send your request to [email protected]. **If payment issues arise (cc declines, etc), a Caros Kitchen representative will contact you to follow up and change the method of payment. If contacted via email, phone call or text 3 documented times with no response back; the customers order will be cancelled. You must call to reinstate your account. Unpaid balances will be sent to a 3rd party collections company.

Meal Delivery Policy

For your convenience, Caros Kitchen offers subscription services whereby you select a set of meals and a delivery date of your choosing and Caros Kitchen sends those meals to the location you have selected on a weekly basis. Deliveries are made on Mondays between the hours of 5pm – 9pm. Meals should be refrigerated immediately until you are ready to enjoy (Remember no preservatives used). Please leave your empty cooler bags with ice packs outside on your front doorstep the night before your next delivery. There is no initial charge for the cooler bags and ice packs. It is the company policy that the cooler bags and ice packs must be left outside your front door the night before each delivery. If not returned after multiple admits, there will be a charge of $20 per missing bag. Turning Off Subscriptions You can turn off your subscription at any time; however, if you turn off the subscription after the cut-off time has passed and an order has been placed, your order cannot be cancelled or changed. You must turn off your subscription prior to the cut-off time to take effect for the next week’s delivery. You may re-subscribe at any time provided that Caros Kitchen reserves the right to not permit re-subscription where Caros Kitchen has previously elected to terminate a subscription by you.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to [email protected]. This does not apply to orders larger than $100 and we reserve the right to reject requests deemed to be fraudulent.

Sales Tax Policy

Caros Kitchen charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable state sales tax rate (7%) in the state of Florida.
